Customs and import fees
Shipments to countries outside of the EU may be subject to taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. Any customs or import fees are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges are to be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we do not have control over these charges, and cannot inform you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. It might be a good idea to contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you can avoid unexpected charges.
We offer a full refund on non-sale items returned within 30 days after delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed and still have labels attached. We will process your return within 5 days of receipt. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note, transfer times depend on your payment method. Unfortunately, we can not refund any taxes, duties or shipping fees for returns.
To return items:
-> fill in the Return Form that you can download here
-> place the items together with the Return Form in a box
-> paste the return label on the box and use any of your preferred shipping companies to ship it back
-> please note return shipment is at the customer's own cost
-> send an email to email@example.com that your return is on its way
We cannot be held responsible for anything lost or damaged in transit. To secure the arrival of your return, we advise using a postal service with tracking and/or insurance.

Problems or complaints
Before your parcel leaves our stockroom, it has been fully checked by our packing team. If you, unfortunately, still received an item classified as faulty or damaged, please inform us within 7 days after receiving your order at email@example.com in order to be eligible for alternatives such as exchanges, refunds or repairs. Please accompany this request with your order number and (if needed) images to clarify the reason of this request.
